This vintage cookie jar is white clay with a high gloss olive green finish. The front of the jar is embossed with a scrolled design around the rim and the word "cookies" in a panel in the center.

Dimensions: The cookie jar measures 7" in diameter x 8 1/2" high.

Marks/Dates: c. 1960's. Discontinued. Impressed on the bottom with a maple leaf and "Monmouth ILL USA." Western Stoneware purchased Monmouth Pottery in the early 1900's, and continued to use the Monmouth maple leaf mark.

Condition: Ready to use or display. No cracks, chips or other damage.
