This vintage pattern features hand painted clusters of deep purple violets around the border, and on the inside of the cup on a white porcelain background, with brushed gold trim. Perfect for afternoon tea with cookies or dessert.

Dimensions: The footed cup measures 2 1/4" high on a 8 1/4" diameter snack plate.

Marks/Dates: Backstamped, "Old Gold - Japan - Hand Painted," with an M beneath a crown mark.

Condition: No cracks, chips or other damage.
