Vintage McCoy Pottery WC FIELDS Collectible Cookie Jar

This collectible, hard-to-find cookie jar is pictured in Roerig's The Ultimate Collector's Encyclopedia of Cookie Jars, page 175.
The jar's designer captured Fields' wry look, along with his red nose in an otherwise taupe-colored glaze, with a darker hat band, and collar that reads, "W.C. Fields."
Dimensions: Measures 11" high with lid.
Marks/Dates: 1972. Incised "153 USA" on the bottom.
Condition: No cracks, chips or other damage.
