This early American pattern glass cake stand is Columbia with Pie Crust Edge, also called "Princely." It features a fluted, piecrust edge, and a bulbous pedestal stand on a scalloped base.

Dimensions: The cake stand measures 10" in diameter x 5" high.

Marks/Dates: c. 1893 by Dalzell, Gilmore and Leighton. Shown on page 63 of James & O'Brien's Early American Pattern Glass Cake Stands and Serving Pieces.

Condition: No chips or cracks. There are a few straw marks in the glass, common with the era, and utensil marks on the surface.
