As a child, it was a treat, after Sunday dinner, to drink tea from one of Grandmother's delicate and pretty Shelley tea cups.  It helped to develop an appreciation for all fine china.  We've been collecting and selling fine china on Ebay since 1998.  What started as a hobby, has become a passion.   At Tea Pots and Cookie Jars, we've narrowed our focus to the things we love the most!

We comb estate sales from Boston to Washington, DC, hunting for exquisite tea sets, elegant era glass cake plates, whimsical cookie jars, and tea cup & saucer sets to add to your collection, or to give as gifts. Recently we've added a giftware category - featuring lovely Lenox china, Royal Albert and other fine bone china items.

 

 

We will wrap your new treasure as if we were shipping it to ourselves - with fresh tissue paper, fluffy peanuts and lots of bubble wrap.   And we try very hard to ship within 24 hours after payment has been received.
